\nAbstract:<\/strong> The authors investigated the possibilities of organizing sustainable management on the basis of modernized scientific principles of sustainable development and approaches to finansomics. The methodological framework of the research presented in the article is traditional general and special methods of scientific knowledge (monographic, analytical, modeling, etc.), adapted, according to the logic of solving the sustainable management problem, to the latest conditions when natural resources are considered as economic assets.<\/p>\n

The essential features of the sustainable management concept are outlined from the sustainable management perspective and in the context of the increasing role of financial assets in the formation of environmentally and socially friendly life space of business entities. The sustainable management concept emphasizes the need to bring modern approaches to the physical economy in conformity with the environmental economics and the classical approach of economic theory.<\/p>\n

Proposals for financization of the natural and economic sphere on the basis of sustainability and improvement of financial logistics in the natural resource sphere are given. It is stressed that financial capital should reach the nature use sphere in form of initial investment and operating capital, as well as reinvestment and financial flows aimed at rehabilitation of natural resources. It is determined that part of the withdrawn natural rent, if reinvested in the rehabilitation of natural assets, will make spatial socio-ecological-economic systems operate in a sustainable mode, but this would require appropriate institutional transformations and established infrastructures for capitalization of natural resources.<\/p>\n

The authors have elaborated and proposed a model of the dynamics of the ratio of investment in the natural economic system and the effect of achieving sustainable management in the foresight project as a tool for multi-subject management of sustainable development; and an algorithmic diagram of sustainable management by use of information and communication platforms for managing territorial resources. This approach is supposed to ensure effective financing of the natural economy using the mechanisms of structural management and securitization of natural resources, \u201cgreen\u201d financial assets and other tools of the modern finansomics.<\/p>\n
