ЭВОЛЮЦИЯ СОВМЕСТНОЙ НАУЧНО-ТЕХНИЧЕСКОЙ И ИННОВАЦИОННОЙ ПОЛИТИКИ В ЕВРОПЕ В ПЕРИОД 1945–1985 гг.

Аннотация: В статье рассмотрены процессы формирования и институционализации общей научно-технической и инновационной политики Европейского Cообщества. Основное внимание уделено анализу официальных документов Европейской комиссии, связанных с научно-технической и инновационной политикой. Выделены факторы, которые влияли на ее формирование и цели. Определены основные пути и инициативы по их достижению. Сделан вывод о целесообразности применения Украиной европейского опыта, в частности использования программно-целевого подхода и создания координационных механизмов при разработке научно-технической и инновационной политики Украины.

Ключевые слова: общая научно-технологическая и инновационная политика, Европейское Сообщество, исследования и разработки, Европейская комиссия, Объединенный исследовательский центр.
