Abstract: The scientific space of Pirogov dynasty in the context of world science is shown. The detailed information about their family is given. The impact of the scientific heritage of outstanding scientist-surgeon Mykola Ivanovich Pirogov on the formation of many medical fields, and his sons’ works — Mykola Mykolaiovych on theoretical physics and Volodymyr Mykolaiovych on history — are discussed.
