Abstract: The article describes the conceptual and methodological aspects of researching the global bibliometric environment of Ukrainian-oriented resources with the aim of integrating domestic and foreign resources into a single segment of Ukrainian-oriented focus. The relevance of the study is determined by the importance of evaluating the results of the research activities of domestic scientists and scientific and pedagogical workers, taking into account the influence of migration processes of the last decades. The conceptual approach to the integration of Ukrainian-oriented bibliometric resources is substantiated, which involves the selection of the information-analytical system «Bibliometrics of Ukrainian Science» as a basis for creating an integrated Ukrainian-oriented bibliometric resource; definition of criteria for displaying bibliometric profiles of authors of publications, as well as scientific, educational, cultural and other organizations; creation of technology for the formation of resources of this segment by joint efforts of interested institutions; monitoring of the formed segment of the global bibliometric environment to identify modern problems and trends of the international scientific mobility and cooperation. According to the mentioned approach, the updated «Bibliometrics of Ukrainian Science» system should include: bibliometric profiles created by domestic scientists on the territory of modern Ukraine; bibliometric profiles in the Ukrainian language, regardless of the place of creation; bibliometric profiles of research on Ukraine and the Ukrainian people, created all over the world in different languages; bibliometric profiles created by Ukrainians, Ukrainian institutions, organizations and associations around the world, in different languages, regardless of content. It is also necessary to supplement the traditional quantitative criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of scientific activity with the alternative ones, for example, expert opinions. The new functional capabilities of the information and analytical system «Bibliometrics of Ukrainian Science» will make it possible to obtain a comprehensive picture of the integrated bibliometric environment of Ukrainian-oriented resources and a wider range of scientometric results.

Keywords: international scientific mobility and cooperation, bibliometrics of Ukrainian science, global bibliometric environment, international bibliometric resources, bibliometric profile, bibliometric portrait.
