Abstract: The article highlights the main areas of activity of the National Academy of Educational Sciences (NAES) of Ukraine in the conditions of martial law and the realities of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation. From the first days of the war, scientists of the NAES of Ukraine expressed their unconditional support for the leadership of the state and the Armed Forces of Ukraine, their eff orts aimed at protecting the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, and condemned the aggressor country for violating the principles and norms of international law regarding the guarantees of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine as an independent state, cruel treatment of the civilian population, in particular children, resulting in numerous human casualties, and, despite the difficult situation, expressed unshakable faith in the victorious end of the war. The work of divisions and research institutions of the NAES of Ukraine, in addition to the implementation of planned tasks of scientific research and experimental activities, is aimed at ensuring active participation in repelling Russian aggression, coordinating of the work of scientists to solve current problems of scientific support for the implementation of state educational policy, the development of fundamental and applied research and experimental developments in the field of education, pedagogy and psychology in the conditions of martial law and taking into account the needs of tasks for the post-war reconstruction of the state. Detailed information is provided on the main areas of activities of the NAES of Ukraine under martial law: scientific and scientific-organizational activities; systematic scientific and methodological support of education, cooperation with the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and educational institutions; expert activity; psychological support of the educational community, provision of psychological support to the population in crisis conditions; international information and educational activities and information security support, volunteer assistance.
