Abstract: The article contains a review of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) policy on education, Science and Technology and Innovation (STI) that is becoming increasingly important due to globalization and the growing interdependence of the world economies. The key OECD projects in STI, most important OECD initiatives in this field, OECD studies on line of «Open Science» project, «green growth» and «triangle of knowledge» concepts are analyzed. The role of OECD in the field of economic analysis, development of methodology and algorithms for science and technology indicators, and setting up science and technology and innovation policies of member countries is highlighted. Forms, direction and ways for deepening the cooperation between Ukraine and OECD are analyzed.
